These terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use") regulate your use of the website you are currently on ("Site"). The Site is owned and operated by Kontoor Internatonal Sàrl, whose registered office is at chemin de Blandonnet 8, 1214 Vernier (GE), Switzerland. We can be contacted through our Contact Us page managed by our Customer Service. We use the Site to promote and provide information on our products, as well as on our stores and promotional initiatives.

On the Site you can also purchase our products. In case you purchase products on the Site, the purchase would be subject to our Terms of Sale , which also include details on which company of the Kontoor Brands Group would sell the products to you.

To access specific functionalities of the Site (for example to review your order history) you are required to register and open a personal account (“Account”).

You will be responsible for all the activities that occur under your Account unless your Account was demonstrably being used by a third party without your consent.

You are responsible for protecting your access credentials and keeping them confidential. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you due to your failure to comply with these obligations. We may terminate or suspend your Account, at any time and without prior notice if: (i) we believe that you are using your Account in breach of these Terms of Use, (ii) we believe that a third party is using your Account without your consent, or (iii) for reasonable security or maintenance purposes.

You can cancel your Account at any time by contacting Customer Service through our Contact Us page.

The Site includes sections which enable users to upload user-generated content ("UGC"), for example you could be enabled to upload photographs or to post reviews. In relation to such UGC, we are a mere hosting provider and do not assume any responsibility or liability on the content itself.

You must not provide any UGC which is illegal, obscene, indecent, libellous, which fosters racial, ethnic, sexual discrimination or hatred or which infringes any third-party intellectual property or personal data protection rights. You must not provide any UGC which contains any data, including pictures, of minors. We reserve the right to remove from the Site any UGC which, at our sole discretion, do not meet the above requirements. In case such UGC are removed from the Site, the Account of the relevant uploader may be suspended or terminated.

Reviews and ratings must reflect your genuine experience with the relevant product or service. You must nut submit fake, misleading or manipulated reviews, and you must not submit reviews on behalf of another person or business unless this is clearly disclosed and permitted by us. If you received any benefit, payment, discount, free product or other incentive in connection with your review, you must clearly disclose this in the review.

We may use reasonably measures to help ensure that product reviews are genuine and relate to real consumer experiences, including automated and/or human moderation, verification tools provided by our review service provider, and checks against information available to us. Where a review is not verified, or where only certain reviews are verified, we may indicate this on the Site or explain the verification approach near the reviews.

You must not include personal data in reviews, photographs, questions, answers or other UGC, including order numbers, tracking numbers, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, names of our employees or other individuals, images of identifiable individuals without their permission, or any other data relating to minors. We may reject, edit, anonymise or remove UGC that contains personal data or otherwise breaches these Terms of Use.

We may display summaries, highlights or other descriptions of product reviews on the Site, including summaries generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. Such AI-generated summaries are created from moderated reviews and are provided to help visitors quickly understand common themes in the reviews. They are for convenience only and may not reflect every review, every language or every customer opinion. The individual reviews remain the primary source of information. Where AI-generated review summaries are used, we will aim to identify them as such on or near the relevant summary.

AI-generated review summaries must not be treated as product guarantees, personalised advice, or a statement that every customer will have the same experience. We may update, suspend or remove summaries at any time, including where the underlying reviews change, where a summary is inaccurate or incomplete, or where a language or locale is not sufficiently supported.
